What’s the difference between full spectrum and regular CBD gummies?
Full spectrum gummies are true to the plant, meaning they contain the rich terpenes, cannabinoids, and essential oils naturally found in cannabis. Many of the effects of cannabis are attributed to such compounds, so full spectrum gummies offer access to a more dynamic experience than regular CBD gummies.
Regular CBD gummies are made from isolate and don’t contain any THC, or other cannabis related compounds. They generally don’t have as strong of a flavor as full spectrum CBD gummies, which is one way to tell the two apart. They are also usually cheaper.
