Our shipping rates are available to view when checking out. They are live rates posted by couriers that are influenced by package size, weight, and shipping market factors.


How long should it take for my package to arrive?

Shipping times may vary according to your location and the market at-large. Usually, packages take no longer than 10 days. However, due to coronavirus and other market factors, shipping may be delayed on some orders.

I didn’t get my package, what do I do?

Make sure you have tracked your package and contacted the courier. If you have done these steps, and are still concerned that your package may be lost or delayed, please reach out to [email protected]


Does Paz Packs sell in bulk/wholesale?

Our merchandise is not authorized for re-sale so, to enforce this policy, online purchases are limited to 10 items per product, per customer. However, there may be certain exceptions. If you have bulk ordering needs, contact us directly. 

"Bulk order" shipping costs: Large orders may be subject to extra shipping costs. The cost depends on how many boxes are required to ship your order, even if the order is not officially a "bulk order."

Can I get the status of my order?

As soon as you place your order, you can see where it is on its way to your door.

Your order may take the full shipping timeframe to arrive to you. If your order shows "in-process" that means we are getting your order ready to go! We will adjust the shipping method of your order to make sure that it's delivered to you by the promised date. As soon as your order ships, we will send you an email with the tracking information.

Can I track my order?

Click "Order Status" to track your order. This link also appears in the top right corner of the website, above the Checkout button. You can either sign into your account to see your recent order history, or you can look up a single order by entering the order number and your email address.

For each order, you can see order details and shipment summary. The shipment information includes a tracking number for each package, which you can click to see the progress of your package.

What states does Paz Packs ship to?

The short answer is yes. The hemp you see on our site and in stores is 100% federally legal, as protected under certain provisions contained within the 2013 and 2018 Farm Bills passed by the United States Congress.
